Happy 2018 love bugs! And welcome to Day 1 of the New Pussy Challenge!

Starting today, we will bring you one specially curated challenge each day for vaginal health, healing, and sexual wellness. I’ve asked some people I really respect in the field to help me — so you’ll also be getting challenges from a sexologist, gyn doctor, yoga instructor, herbalist and more (including giveaways!!!!). But before we get started I wanted to set some ground rules:

  1. We are not doctors and this isn’t medical advice.
  2. Don’t do anything that feels bad or uncomfortable to you — you are the boss of your body!
  3. This challenge is open to anyone regardless of gender identity. The challenges are specifically designed for people with vaginas, but everyone is always welcome.
  4. Any negative or demeaning comments aimed at others in this community will be deleted.
  5. You’re welcome to share anything we post, just be sure to credit us and use our hashtags. #newpussychallenge #newpussywhodis
  6. Have fun — this isn’t meant to be hard or stressful!
  7. Most importantly, your cooch is perfect just as it is right now! There’s nothing wrong and it doesn’t need to be fixed. Consider this a tune up or an oil change — not a new engine :)
